About Suzanne:
Hello, welcome to Suzanne's wee nook. She is a 30-ish, stripey sock wearing girl from Glasgow Scotland, She spends most of her time buried in piles of Paper & Pens, scribbling furtively to the sounds of melodies in her head. She is married, with 2 very charismatic cats and 3 ( not quite as moody) children. She hopes one day her hair will be long enough to give Rapunzel a run for her money, and that she'd be able to keep a raindrop as a pet & feed it rainbows (of course)

Suzanne has been walking about today in some short assisted walks.. and the pain has greatly reduced, things are looking good, but as with most steps forward there is a slight shuffle back, they have found some other little issues that need investigating that may delay her being FREED from hospital when planned.
I will of course update you with news as and when it is revealed to me…

Thank you for the update Grant. I am glad to hear that Suzanne is up and about a little. Take heart let them fix everything even if it means she has to stay longer in the hospital.

Good evening, thanks for letting us know, and please know she will be in my prayers, hpefully she will be out and about in no time. I too just had back surgoery 3 weeks ago, so I know her pain first hand..tell her it does get better with time. This was my second one, and pray it is my last one..I will check back in a few days to see how she is doing. I love her work, and have bought several tubes, I love to create and share my siggys with her work!
Thanks for the update- I keep hitting refresh to know how she’s doing lol. Sorry to hear there is a bit of a set back on her being home- but its a good thing they are getting everything looked over so that when she does go home- she’ll be able to stay home without more ER trips… Praying its something small that is easily fixed… Give her our love… and do hope you are able to get some rest …. Its the long weekend of nothing that NHS hospitals offer, sheesh..
She did tell the tale of a male patient on the ward who made bids for freedom, to be returned to the ward by the police..
He dissapeared during the night again… lol
lol @ the runner … i’m having ‘flashes’ of Jack Nicholson in a hospital gown (somethings gotta give? if you havent seen it you need to – its so funny!)
anyway … glad to know Suzanne’s up and about – small steps .. dont rush it too much and let them find all the small things and fix them now so that you’re not having to be back there too soon
best wishes that everything will soon be ‘straightened out’ and Suzanne can be home with you all very soon fit and healthy 🙂
Thank you Grant. It is good to hear that her pain is better. There is always something else when it comes to tests and doctors. I will keep my candles lit for your family. I pray for energy, health and prosperity for you and yours.

It’s good to hear that things are looking better. Hopefully what they have recently found won’t set her back too much and you will be able to have her home soon.

Sounds like she has a lot of entertainment at the hospital and it good she can have a good laugh.

Good Morning Grant! I hope Suzanne progresses at a steady pace and that they find out and treat every thing before she is released. I know its a disappointing set back that the doctors found some thing of interest to look at, but hopefully they can fix it all now and Suzanne won’t have to be readmitted later. Good morning, every-Gorjuss-body! Morning in Idaho anyway. Wasn’t able to check the computer last night due to being too exhausted from a major day of cleaning. Sounds like Suzanne is having a bit of an adventure in that hospital. Thank you, Mr. G, for the update. Sending gentle hugs and continue prayers, of course. Sending all the energy I can from my two toddlers as well. They wore out their grandparents yesterday and are still going.

OMG! I’ve been out due to surgery myself. I pray that she recovers well. I hope this fixes everything and she returns to normal! I’ll be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Grant,
Yes, weekends are even longer when in the hospital. – Monday, they should do more than they did over the weekend.. Am so hoping her stay there will be over soon so she can be home with her family. I always felt better at home than in a hospital .. She’s lucky to have you to help her. I just hope you don’t overdo and end up ailing also. Keep good care of yourself too and rest when possible. “Prayers going up “Blessings” coming down.
