Spun One

Excuse the late blog, I was at SPIN class again tonight, this time I went up earlier to do some other gym stuff, was very tiring… but as I promised to make up a blog tonight…….. i must now tell you of what happened during the SPIN class…

SPUN A YARN

Well I got on the bike as usual clipping my size 24 shoes into the pedals, and the instructor put on his usual envigorating music to get us ready for the torture we were to receive shortly… Tonight it was the theme to the magic roundabout….

We started to get the bikes up to speed and following his direction I adjusted my resistance up and up and up and up, and I pedaled faster and faster and faster until the world went all colours and streaky and smelled like Candy floss (Cotton Candy).

I felt so light and the bike and I began to float, a tear in reality appeared before me, and the bike and I slowly moved through the tear into a new world……. full of gorjuss colours, and funny bees….. everything was gorjuss……… I floated past a huge sign, it said “Welcome To Gorjland”…. well I never I said………. but no words came out, I had no mouth………..

The world darkened and I felt cold splashing water on my face, aparently my shoe lace got caught in the wheel and I was propelled accross the room, banging my head on a small replica of the eifel tower.  I required 0 stitches and a wet hand towel.

Sadly I was completely able to continue the class and finish it…

OUCHIES UPDATES

Suzanne is definately getting less pain, though it is still enough to stop her walking, it is allowing her now to get some sleep. We both hope she can get back to work, as the list I have for her to do is getting bigger and bigger and bigger….

We nearly have our 1000th Customer in the shop, which marks a remarkable start to the life of Gorjuss Art…. I want you all to have my heartfelt thanks for your support and kind words…. It has made this very stressfull adjustment an absolute pleasure for us..  I am still keeping on top of your mails, though I do sleep some hours… though last night I watched the movie “The Strangers” and strangley had problems getting to sleep…. I must stop eating cheese and being SCARED by scary movies… Its not a film for the squeamish and is unsettling. Suzy will not watch any such film and she doesn’t understand why I do, after not getting to sleep for hours, I also question the sense…

Anyway I must return to my plate of Saint Agur and crackers…
