THE RUSH SEEMS TO BE Calming into a managable amount of correspondance, I have just finnished packing the weekends orders and I have started updating the shipping status, which leads me to my first point.
To everyone that got the “your order has been shipped” mail, I have to appologise as the “TEST IT” message was a mental reminder to myself to find the email, it is not meant to be there, it is as its wording suggests a test message… One I forgot to remove!!!! One more black mark at the MR G machine…… oopsies. Appologies all.

When I check the shop, I find that SW640 is Dawn M. and I have sent you your prize gift voucher…. Congratulations…
DIGITAL LICENSE TRADE Now to clear this up, I have updated the Terms Of Use in the gorjussart shop detailing all the info you require. Once sent to me it will go in a queue. I will be in touch if your missing info or to let you know its all done.
WHY WOULD I TRADE?
There is no reason to trade your license in, your old AMI license is still valid and will be for the future.. but with all new packs you have to use the new SW license number. And for all old AMI packs you will need to use the old AMI license.
The reason to trade is to allow you to use the SW number with all AMI purchased Suzanne Woolcott packs/tubes/element packs. If you want to mix and old AMI purchased pack with a new GorjussArt pack, you cant… due to AMI licensing terms they will not permit you to put both Licenses on the tags. So this is why we allow the FREE license trade.

FILE ERRORS in ZIPS
We have found a few peculiarities in some of the ZIP files, as a result I have checked them all and re-uploaded them. If you have any issues with them now. please contact me at help@gorjussart.com. I have credited all download limits at zero with some more downloads. Any problems let me know.
SUZANNE OUCHY
Today Suzanne had a terrible relapse, a pain worse than the original back pain restricting her to her bed. Fortuneatley as we now have a Chiropractor we rushed straight up there for some treatment, this gave her some pain relief and we’re back there tommorrow. We are both hoping this is just a little set back, as we thought she had almost fully recovered.
It has put a bit of a delay on the ammount of work we can get done daily, but I have been working since 7am this morning and I am about to hit bed once I post this blog.. Mostly due to the large ammount of orders that needed fufilled.
OTHER NEWS
I have no idea… lol….. I hope you are all enjoying the shop, I am working on resolving the AOL and MSN and Hotmail and Comcast email blocking… this i hope will be an issue of the past come the end of the week.
We have more individual tubes to upload……. and canvas wraps.
Its been manic and I feel so good to have manage to get through what seemed like an endless barrage of issues and problems….
I am confident that as we all get used to this new shop, we will find it very flexible and enjoyable to use.

Hey Mr G, you’re doing wonderful! Don’t overdo it, you’re gonna burn out! I got my ‘test it’ email, it’s all good, took me to my invoice! Hope Suzanne recovers soon, poor thing! Back pain is so horrible!!

OH MY Goodness I am so terribly sorry to hear that Suzanne is in such pain agian, My prayers are with you and her that she feels relief soon!! I think that you have done an amazing job with the store!! I mean with the little gliches yet you still are so great at replying to emails and taking care of all of us GORJUSS fans, I salute you!! and I thank you so much!! I hope that you both have a wonderful nights rest! I know you so need it.

Hi Tracy sorry about that, I have now found the little file and fixed it.. It was actually meant to be a gorjuss logo.. The TEST IT text is a sign that it isnt working there… all very technical but on the whole irrelevant. Coz I found the logo elsewhere and forgot to fix it..

I hope Suzanne gets to feeling better soon. I hva bad back problems and I knoe how painful it can be and once you think you are ok it can flair up again. Hope you have a good nights rest. I will be sending in my AMI trade in soon.

Thanks for the update Grant- so sorry to hear that Suzanne’s back is giving her problems again. Keeping your family in my prayers. As the others have said, don’t let the store burn you out. some initial blips on the radar are to be expected…call this phase 2 of beta testing and everyone will be happy. bought a gift cert for someone today and it was easy peasy…and arrived in my mailbox within 30 mins!!
been saving my license swapping for when things are more manageable there…no rush…
robynhearts is correct…being fans we want our SW and we want it now…ahh the world of instant gratification…however NO ONE wants it at the expense of suzanne’s or your health….your messages clearly state orders will be seen to within 24- 48 hours so cut yourselves some slack…and make sure that you get to enjoy your successes in good health!! cheers….

Suzanne, I hope your feeling better real soon!!!! Grant, this lil mishaps are to be expected and I think everyone can understand and appreciate the amount of work that has gone into the new store. Good Morning ( well from Michigan, it is morning ) – I hope Suzanne is feeling better today….. and I hope that you both got some sleep!
Also- I am curious if you are aware that AMI has an auto responder set up that notifies people they will no longer participate in Suzanne’s license exchange ? So for those that do not have receipts- , they can no longer have the option of getting copies from AMI. I am wondering what people will do that were “gifted” a set of tubes ? Or people that have had hard drive failure and lost their receipts in the process. I know if purchases were made through paypal- there is history available there and most can find their receipts that way if not kept in folders in email clients etc.
Most want to get that license switched over, even more so now that the art purchased can not be mixed with Suzanne’s new art due to two licenses … so I am wondering if there will be any other options for those who just can not produce a receipt for their tubes. ? It’s almost like those that do not have their receipts are stuck between a rock and a hard place unless, of course, they have the information in paypal history.
Im lucky and have found most of mine – but not everyone will have that same luck.
Just curious if anyone had brought this to your attention although I’m not sure what can be done about it.
I’ll be sending my receipts , hopefully sometime today ( you lucky person you lol- I really hate adding to that pile – feel free though to put mine not on rush mode as I can wait … I do not have much time to create so have no problem waiting.

Hi Tammy Jo, it is unfortunate that AMI have chosen to go that route, it does make it very difficult. The only choices left are to keep using the old AMI number on your packs.
Well Im not sure what rights you have as a customer to see information about you held by a company….. im sure there is something to protect your rights to access to data.
We of course have no control over AMI and so can not be much help in this issue. They are their own company and hopefully time will allow this climate to soften somewhat.
I will come up with some sort of system for those in difficulty….. but I have to be careful as any thing to work without proof can end up being abused. That said…….. I’ll work on this..
Well, it is nearly a half hour til high noon, I hope that Suzanne is feeling much better and that you’re all able to enjoy the concert tonight.
I echo everyone else in saying that you are all greatly appreciated and your good health is always preferred first. As anxious as we are to have our Gorjuss, we can certainly wait.

just wondering- there’s still a question or 2 out there regarding the “dirty” faces in the tubes/images…i know you’ve “fixed” the tubes of the angels… but the images still look like there’s a finger smudge or a faint “scream” mouth-like outline…will that be updated as well??
