Well we had a nice little issue in the shop.

We’re not 100% certain this is fixed at paypal yet, so please be patient and understanding…

DOUBLE ORDER RECIEPTS

If you receive 2 order receipts, do not panic, paypal is causing two receipts to be sent from GorjussArt, you will only have been charged once. This issue will resolve itself in time. We hope for a certain time, but they are working on it, *right now*.

GIFTING PACKS

Ok with the new shop lots of people want to gift the new pack, this is not as easy as putting a note in your purchase. The best way to gift packs in this shop is to send a gift voucher to the value of the pack to the user. If you put a note in the order it may go unoticed. If i do notice it, then all I can do is email the pack to the customer. I am working to make a way to give packs to the user accounts, at the moment this is not an possibility. I will of course update you when it is possible to gift in that way.

DOWNLOAD BUTTON MISSING

You should all be able to see the download buttons in myaccount, it was due to long filenames pushing the button off the screen. Silly I know, and very much a MR G-ism… So let me know if you still cant see the download button.

COMPETITION

IS extended till Monday due to store closure, so is the 5% discount special…. we like to be as fair as we can be.

TYPOs

Thanks to our wonderful customers we have had lots of these to fix, mainly because I put them in… we are working through these.

TRADE LICENSES

Well I have a pile of these to do, and I have a pile of orders to ship too, I will do my best to clear both monday. I expect to clear the trades by next weekend, I will contact you if there is a problem, and I will let you know when its completed. Otherwise you will be in the queue. Which is sizable…

EMAIL RECORD

I have sent out over 500 emails since Friday nights launch and I think there is still LOTS more to go…

NEW STORE CONTENT

We have more individual tubes to add, more original art, more prints, canvas wraps … all to add to the shop.  These will happen once the initial rush calms down.  So please bare with us with this regard.  also use the blog as your link to SHOP news…

I will add more to this blog should I need to, and we will open tonight at 8pm, and see if the issue with paypal is still running amok.

    Well I had enough money in PayPal for 1 tube! So I got one. I didn’t have any problems at all, Mr G. I received one receipt from PayPal and an order confirmation email from gorjussART.com. Everything seems to be running smoothly.

    I bought Pack 24 and only got one receipt from Paypal, and downloaded the tubes just fine. I haven’t received anything from gorjussART.com just yet, but I imagine I’m pretty far down the queue, lol!

    thanks so much for that, we are very much bleary eyed, and stressed out over the duplicate order issues. Its less frequent now but still happening… Ill be chasing paypal in the morning along with a WHOLE lot of other e-commerce sites.. For now its bed time, with a 7am rise for Day 1 of SCHOOL

    also … I just redownloaded my tube pack to get the angels without smudged faces, and I noticed the dark angel (the only one I have checked) is smaller than the original, not the image, the tubed one …

    I know what you mean Mr G first day of school for us too. Little worried here cause we have a hurricane barreling down on us. Don’t stress paypal it is just a hiccup. Happened to me too yesterday and I was worried. I do a lot thru paypal. I checked and saw I was only charged once. You will get it sorted out. Well bed time for us. No more staying up till 3am. lol Nitey nite

    A simple one tonight!! I shall pick an account from GorjussArt at random, and that person will win a $20 Gift Voucher. All you need to do is create yourself a nice Gorjuss art account, duplicate accounts will be disqualified. So no cheating.. lol. The Random draw will happen tommorrow night at 10pm and then result will be posted in the blog.

    Hi Mr G, Well I know you must have a headache from some issues on opening, but they will all iron themselves out. Don’t worry I am sure all of us Gorjuss lovers understand, there are always a few teething problems with a new venture lol.
    I didn’t personally have any problems with my PayPal order. All was good.

    Just stopping in to wish you a good day – being morning here in Michigan … I am gathering receipts and hate to do this to you Grant but am going to have to add to that pile of license changing lol. – I really prefer to have them all under one license.     OK I’m back home and downloaded my bulk package. Everything went smoothly. Only thing is that the two angels have non-opaque faces. I can see the background squares behind them.

    Were they changed in the bulk package also? Will they be OK if I download the whole thing a second time or is there a way to have only these two (new versions)?

    Can’t wait to start using my tubes, I lovem!

    It all looks fascinating. Will have to wait to order but I will be ordering. Do I understand that we keep ami licenses and ETSY licenses separate and we don’t mix AMI with ETSY? Wow, I will be lucky to keep up with everything. :blush:
