Welcome to the middle of the week, this is the point where you question why you started the week whilst excitedly awaiting the end of it… Well while you do this why not relax and listen to the rantings of a Mr G. and enjoy the stunning art work of Suzanne Woolcott.

Gorjuss Art School

   Today Suzanne and I went on a mission to find a publication circulating local Schools that we had reason to believe was using Suzannes art work without permission or credit to her whatsoever. We knew it was advertising an Expressive Art Workshop in Rouken Glen Park on Sunday June 8th. Well we drove to the stunning park and had a walk to the visitor pavilion to see for ourselves. We picked up a leaflet and sure enough there was a little picture of “Always Making The Wrong Choices” under the Expressive Art Course.  After doing some digging to see who had used it we uncovered that Suzannes fellow member artist from Primera was running the course, so our concerns were quickly turned to relief and flattery.  So we figured we should go the whole hog and advertise his event properly to you all..  The Workshop are running at 10:30am and 2:30pm On Sunday 8th June, Places must be booked in advance by calling the visitor centre om 0141 638 7411. So if you’re local and you fancy trying a workshop to explore your own painting skill then give them a call and book your place.

  Well I have had a busy couple of weeks with canvas wrap orders, so I have taken pictures of them as they were completed.  So here they are…

    I have an order for a 16×20 canvas print of Heather and her Thistle to get organised for this weekend… Canvas wraps take a few days to construct, If you order one bare this in mind.

NEXT AMI PACK

  I know you’ve barely gotten over the new pack when Suzanne finnishes another painting which will be a part of the new AMI pack.  We figured it would be nice to see how this pack will pan out and I know Suzanne has an idea for a mini pack to be released before the new pack… anyway here is the first image… titled “I Heart Goth”..
