Happy Mr G. Day

Good *hic* evening all *hic*,

Itsh ma firtttyeth tosday………..*hic* been celebaaaraaaaytin allllllllllllllllllllsh dfay. *hic*……… drunk and in charge of a blog… heaven help us all… Of course Im not drunk but it is my “thirtieth” today… I would like to wish anyone sharing my birthday a big birthday raspberry… Stop stealing my share of the pressies!!!! *stomps foot*

Anyway straight down to business, its a biggy tonight….

SUZANNE UPDATE

After a little relapse pain wise, Suzanne is picking up nicely today, the delivery of the new mattress for her bed means better sleep comfort and hopefully the end of pain during the night. Tommorrow morning its time for another chiropractic session that she is looking very much forward to, and I hope it brings with it complete pain releif in only for a few hours.. As she does have an AMI pack to get out for you guys…

SKETCH BOOK ARCHIVE

Today as promised we flick through the pages of an OLD Suzanne sketch book, quite a large one really, now some of these images inpsired exisiting paintings, some of these are destined to remain in the pages of this sketch book for eternity….can i have an AWWWW? thanks….

So we have some “cute” little pics and thats where I’ll start…

Now I have to say before I start most of these have no names, so Im going to name them as I go…. so I appologise for any offence taken, this will be an example to you all why I dont get to name Suzannes paintings..

SO first we have, Mrs Biggles..

I think she is just…………stunningly simple…

Next is an usual picture for Suzanne to do, I call it The Need…

Again stunning detail in the hair work, every sketch in this book is breath taking.. In fact to watch Suzanne sketching is a joy, Ill try to get a little video made at some point…

Next I call it “if it could rain cats and dogs, then this would be a slightly less rainy day where it only rained cats…no cats were hurt in the sketching of this picture but it may be modelling for this picture that made kismet so grumpy”, not a bad title I think..

Now I know Suzane is working on a little mini pack of Faeries to complement the next AMI pack, so heres some old sketches with wings…

Slightly darker subject matter but gorjuss detail….

A gorjuss little girly butterfly, I called that one “Oops I fell in the butter”, not sure why.

Ok we have a sketch that is available as a print….. anyone know the real title to this one???

No prizes just the bragging rights for being a clever little gorjuss fan… Next is to show all the critics out there…. all one of you.. that Suzanne can indeed draw eyes…

and indeed strange little birdies…. and now a picture I like to call “Day of the Triffik Sunflower”,

A chilling remake of the classic horror story about the killer plants…

I love the complexity of the scarf in this picture… I’d call this one “heart strings tied in a knot” now apparently Suzannes says the best bit is the stockings… which i quite cleverly missed out of the picture… doh!!!!

This is a little play with animals again, I’d suggest Dog Gone It for this one..It eventually inspired a little ACEO which has gone… who has it??? Own up? I bet its Claire… I hope you love it whoever holds it hostage…

Well thats a good flick through the old sketch book for you, nothing major to report at the moment, but as I say we have many things in the slow burner.. hopefully big news soon…

 

Grumpy Cat Update

 

He’s still grumpy….lol. Im beginning to think hes not grumpy, just his upper eye brows are growing faster than the rest of his body.. Im not even sure that he hasnt developed some kind of mind control, here he is controlling the inner workings of your brain to give you all headaches… be warned…Kismet is the cat from the dark dimensions… beware the kistmet… Ten minutes after this photograph was taken a car crash occured in the street. Kismet was seen strolling from the scene…
