Airmail Delivery Delays – PLEASE READ

Hello everyone we wanted to take a minute to remind our overseas customers that all items sent by AIRMAIL will be delayed, this is outwith our control as ALL FLIGHTS in or OUT of the UK are cancelled !

Alternative arrangements are being made for European deliveries as Royal Mail are promising to be trying to send these out by rail etc but as I’m sure you’ve read/seen in the news that there is a LOT of people stranded and trying to travel by rail/road themselves!!! Airmail deliveries are cancelled completely, for the rest of the week at least, we will keep you updated if this continues into next week too!

**PLEASE NOTE**   We appreciate your patience with delivery times during this disruption!  We are not guaranteeing delivery within 28 days as our usual practice, Delivery during this time is now outwith our control. Thank you for understanding.

If you’d like us to HOLD ON to your order until the delivery service resumes, we can do this!  Please just let us know you want us to hold on to it until the delivery service resumes!!

We are hugely annoyed by this as we’re sure you are, but remember the DIGITAL products are not affected (yay!)

    We have been watching the new’s on this for the last few days…
    We may have to come home to the UK short notice so Really watching the flights…

    have seen pics on news but wondering how it is for all of you up in the Northern Hemisphere – when we had dust storms last year it was really eerie but only lasted a day or two … this looks like it might go on for some time :S

    i’m sure everyone will want to know why you arent sending by carrier pigeon?
    (just tell them the carrier pigeon union wont allow it)

    hoping that volcano calms down soon!
