BREAKING NEWS

Due to her back pain Suzanne will be unable to attend tonights Nick Cave concert at the Glasgow Carling Academy. This is tragic news indeed and Nick Cave is reported to be inconsolable.. we have sent a gift basket to make up for it. Seriously though this was to be Suzannes highlight concert of the year, she has debated and thought about turning up and seeing how it goes. Sadly she feels the risk is just too high, and would rather sit at home and play with her paint pens in her bed…

PAINT PENS

So she is testing these new pens to see what kind of results they can give. Suzanne is excited that these will help her line work on her canvas paintings.. heres how it progressed tonight…

Now im not willing to show any more of this painting yet…. tommorrow you can see the final end result… its definately Gorjuss….

KEYCHAINS

We spent a lot of today making up a pile of keychains, its not a very tricky operation. its not a very exciting operation..its not really an operation at all.. unless Keychain Surgeon is an actual job title.

We have a couple of other shops world wide that want to stock these items, this particular pile is for the Bluebird shop, Christchurch, New Zealand. So not only can you buy these singularily for yourself, but if you’d like to bulk order them, that option is available.. just convo Suzanne and she’ll send you details. Bulk discounts are available on a lot of our Gorjuss items.

 

PRINTS

I have just finnished printing the pile of prints for this weekends orders, if you ordered some prints, you might be able to see them in this following picture..

 

So tommorrow morning I set about trimming and packing this pile and getting them ready to ship. Sadly Mr Post office is closed with it being a Bank Holiday in the UK for May Day.. never quite sure why the bank need holidays…

BLOG?

I have had quite a few mails complementing Suzannes blog, and thanking us for the effort put in. I want you all to know that it is for you that this exists. Its to give you the insight into Suzanne and all that she does. It also gives you a chance and the invitation to contact her directly even if only for a chat. She does read all the comments, and If you have any questions she is more than happy to answer them by email. I am also open to any suggestions of articles you’d like to see in this blog.

Something else I would like to start up in this blog is letters from you guys.. what have you done with your gorjuss prints/products.. email me pictures and a little article if you want, and Ill get it up in the next blog. grant@gorjuss.co.uk any stories you have that you’d like to share or tales of when you met gorjuss or first stumbled accross her work.

For the best stories and pictures there will be rewards..
