Bagsie no more bags!

Good evening all out there in Blog land…

I wanted to share with you the things that do go wrong for us at Gorjuss…. when we try these new product ideas and updates not all of them make it to the shop, today I was trying new transfer paper to FUSE the images into the cotton, meaning the image becomes part of the bag… sounds great… and quite fiddley to get the hang off… SADLY the transfer is too patchy for us to use.. it may well be me and my technique but at the cost of the paper its fast becoming an expensive trial…

Suzanne also is not overly happy with the stiff plasticy feel the image is left with, though it does state that it will soften after a few washes… I will keep trying but for now we are going back to our old faithful transfers.. oh well.

This new transfer paper joins the ranks of the White pocket mirrors, the hairbrained ideas that I come up with into the scrap heap. I hope noone ever stumbles onto the gorjuss scrap heap… its a very scary place indeed…

Well I have also peeked over Suzy’s shoulder as she paints her newest little gorjuss offering….. WOW Stripey!!! As you would expect! But.. VERY stripey, she assures me it will be finished for tomorrow!

I wonder if anyone would like to buy kismet hairballs??? Oops there goes another one on the heap..
