Admitedlly Mr G rather focused on the ‘trading him in for a  younger model’ comment left in the last blog comments, a bit too much over the last two days ! LOL.. thanks for making him paranoid..  but, it did win Lee a prize, well done ( $21 heading your way now!) ..

We’ve been to London, so where was THE place we couldn’t leave London without visiting?.. the Palace?  Big Ben? nope.. Wimbledon.. specifically, the All England Tennis Club ..

This is Suzanne, shaking nervouslly in front of the trophies.. yes THE trophies.. also we couldnt peek at the courts but they did have a nice patch of center court on display we could touch.. it was much softer than expected.. and Suzanne may have had tears in her eyes as her hand was placed on the grass! ( Did I mention she’s a HUGE fan??!)

We now have one very happy bunny!

Are we gonna tell you WHY we were there?.. NO .. not yet !!! *evil grin here* ..  you’re still gonna have to wait, we’ll keep teasing.. but I promise you it’s worth waiting for!

Suzanne had the arrival of her Mail Me Art book today, she had hoped to take part in the project but her health put an end to that last year.. she’s super pleased there is a second ‘Mail Me Art’ project happening again and hopes to take part soon.. If you haven’t got the book pick up a copy!

A huge Congrats to Mall who’s beautiful submission made it into the book !

Also have you checked out the trailer to ‘Where The Wild Things Are‘ yet??  Baring in mind we are eagerly awaiting the release of Coraline here and the wonderful Tim Burtons ‘9‘ too ! .. This is another highlight to this years movie release list!.. maybe we should buy a season pass to the cinema! Ah yes, movie heaven!

This is a subject matter close to Suzannes heart… yup you guessed it, its the ancient art of Lawn yellow ball bashing.

A Violent sport where innocent little squidgy balls are routinely battered and sent flying at HIGH speed accross the top of the only saftey net.. This is truly barbaric and we start our ban the Ball Bashing campain today with the picture below..

FINAL THOUGHT

Well before I go, I want to send out my best wishes to my good friend’s wife who was recently very ill. I just heard about it today and I am glad that her recovery has started…. I wish them all the best..
